INTRODUCTION
LTV’s range of Wotetrack Crawler Mobile Vibrating Screen is ideal for a wide range of applications such as screening, grading and sizing to meet the requirements of contractors, mines and quarries.
These mobile vibrating screens are heavy-duty machines that are supplied complete and ready to use. The screens combine high capacity with a precise end product. Customers can choose to equip the vibrating screens with various specifications according to different needs. The vibrating screens are mounted on a skid and do not require a concrete foundation, making them quick to install and easy to integrate with our other product ranges.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The material is fed by a feeder, wheel loader or conveyor. The feeder lifts the material to the double-layer screen, which then separates the material to the oversize and side conveyors. With the bidirectional split option, the top and bottom layers of material can be combined to the oversize conveyor (removing fines).
